Shipping is included in the purchase price.
Each order is hand-prepared and dispatched within three business days.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Łomianki, Poland (a suburb of Warsaw).

Where we ship to

We ship to addresses across the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, and selected other markets. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us.

Shipping cost

Shipping is included in the price you pay at checkout. There are no additional shipping fees for the destinations we serve.

Customs duties and import taxes for destinations outside the European Union are not included — please see below.

Processing time

Once your invitation has been redeemed and payment confirmed, your order is typically packed and dispatched within 3 business days.

During launch periods or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer; you will be notified by email if a delay is expected.

Times below are estimates after the order has been dispatched. They do not include customs clearance for non-EU destinations.

  • Poland: 1–2 business days
  • European Union — Western and Central (Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Netherlands, Belgium): 2–4 business days
  • European Union — Southern (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal): 3–5 business days
  • European Union — Northern (Sweden, Finland, Denmark): 3–6 business days
  • European Union — Peripheral and the United Kingdom (Ireland, Greece, UK): 4–6 business days
  • Switzerland, Norway: 4–7 business days
  • United States, Canada: 4–8 business days
  • Japan, Australia: 5–10 business days
  • Other Asia (China, India, etc.): 5–10 business days

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs duties and import taxes

Orders to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

If this is a concern, please consult your local customs authority before placing your order.

Failed delivery and undeliverable packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refused acceptance, or unclaimed delivery, the parcel will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment, for which return and re-dispatch costs may apply.

Damage in transit

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the outer packaging shows visible damage, photograph it before opening. If the contents are damaged, contact us within 7 days at info@shoitotokyo.com with photographs and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
