Returns

Each fragrance ships with a sample. Try it first.
If it isn’t right, the main bottle can be returned — unopened.

The policy

Every order includes a sample of the main fragrance. We ask that you wear the sample first, and only break the seal of the main bottle once you are sure it is the right scent for you.

If, after trying the sample, you decide the fragrance is not right, you may return the main bottle for a full refund — provided the bottle is unopened, with its factory seal intact.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. We encourage you to decide within the first seven days using the sample, but the legal right of withdrawal applies for the full 14 days.

Once the main bottle’s seal is broken, the fragrance cannot be returned, in accordance with Article 16(e) of the same directive (hygiene exception for sealed cosmetics).

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

How to return

1. Submit the form below within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the unopened main bottle, in its original packaging, to the address we provide. The item must be received by us within 14 days of our return confirmation.
4. Once we have inspected the returned bottle, we will refund the purchase price (excluding any voluntary samples used) to your original payment method, no later than 14 days after receipt.
